Your privacy

• Your name, email, phone, and location.
• Your answers to the application questions, including work history and anything the role specifically asks about.
• Any document you upload, such as a resume (PDF).
• A little technical data needed to keep the form working and block spam, such as the IP address a submission comes from. We do not use it to track you around the web.

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on these pages, and we do not ask for sensitive details like government ID numbers to apply.

• To review your application for the role you applied to.
• To contact you about your application and next steps.
• To consider you for other roles that might fit, if you have applied through us.
• To keep the records we are required to keep.

We use only the information you chose to give us, and only for hiring. We do not sell your data, and we never share it for advertising.

Your application may be reviewed with AI-assisted tools that help us weigh it against what the role actually needs and surface strong candidates faster. These tools assist our team. They do not make the decision. A real person reviews the results and decides who moves forward.

• The company hiring for the role you applied to, so they can consider you. For some searches we present candidates on their behalf.
• The trusted services that run the platform for us, only to do their job: our website host, our database and file storage, our email delivery, our recruiting and interview tools, and the AI tools described above. They act under contract and cannot use your data for anything else.
• Anyone we are legally required to share it with, or need to in order to protect our rights.

Your data is stored on servers in the United States. It travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, uploaded documents sit in a private store that is not open to the public, and access is limited to the systems and people who need it.

We keep your application for as long as we need it to run the search and to consider you for future roles, then for a reasonable period for our records, and after that we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

You can ask us to:

• Show you the data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your data and withdraw your application.

To make any of these requests, email privacy@integrativerecruiting.com from the email address you applied with, or reply to the email we send when you apply. We will confirm and act within 30 days. Deleting your data means we withdraw your application from consideration.

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top.
